Hi, im Oliver Mamone the owner of OMniAscent, a company dedicated to improving lives through living an active lifestyle.
Since young, I have Played and competed in a wide range of sports, from high jump to rugby, to boxing leading to now my favourite form of training and sport itself being Muay Thai (Thai boxing).
Being constantly involved in exercise and sporting routines for as far as i can rememeber has made me who i am today. The benefits this has brought me are endless from maintaing good physical health, overcoming personal issues negativley impacting mental health, building social skills and relationships, and most of all providing a distraction and area i can express feelings and emotions id usuaully be struggling with in silence. I truly believe everyone can benefit from exercise and a active lifestyle and this is why im doing my all to give back to exercise
