Personal Training

A consultation and Par-Q will be sent over to be completed giving me a basic understanding of you and what you are looking to gain from these sessions.

1-1 Personal training

40 p/h

During our first session in order for me to appropritatly design your session plans, basic assesments and info will be priority. This then ensures I can provide the best sessions possible that are both enjoyable and affective. he content within the sessions will be specific to you and your goals and my recomended method of reaching these targets will be explained. One to one sessions are the single most effective way of completing your goals due to my attention soley on you.

Muay Thai Coaching

Personalised Programmes

This is a great way to speed up progress towards your goal if the deadline is coming up quickly! Prices vary due to the duration of the plan and content however Plans can be done for 4-12 weeks, involve nutritonal guidance and equally can include spport and weekly checkins to ensure the plan is workingi for you. This can be done by itself or can be a great thing to add on top of face to face personal training to increase volume while maintaing affordable prices.
